Title to all goods remains with Star Seating Ltd until paid for,by the customer, in full. Any payment terms are subject to separate terms and conditions and nothing contained herein shall have any bearing upon those separate terms and conditions. Star Seating Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply any customer at the absolute discretion of the company.
